Location Home Based with travel to Leeds, Birmingham & London with other locations around the UK as required

Nacro have launched the Community Support Service Tier 2 (CAS-2) which is a national service commissioned by Ministry of Justice to provide accommodation as an alternative to custody.
CAS2 - Community Accommodation Service 2 is an accommodation and support service for those subject to a Court Bail Order or Home Detention Curfew, Community Order, Homeless at Conditional Release Date or as an Alternative to Custodial Recall. This contract is with His Majesty Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) and we are required to profile a high level of data around the activities of the contract and to ensure we are working to agreed service levels/KPI s
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You will be required to manage the provision of performance data and information through the collation, validation and interpretation of data
Develop SQL procedures, triggers, views, functions to support company s employees on different troubleshooting and change requests and to ensure transparency of data shared with our commissioner.
To ensure that information systems are fit for purpose and enable users to deliver services and are contract compliant
To lead on the analysis and interpretation of all relevant information for CAS2 that improves business performance and the achievement of outcomes of service users andto build frameworks that enable the same.
Able to lead and confidently facilitate business requirement workshops.
To engage with internal and external stakeholders
What we want from you:
Relevant skills and experience in:
o SQL
o SSRS
o DTL
o Power BI
Knowledge of Housing Applications, internal candidates must be willing and able to substantially increase knowledge & skills around the applications used in Nacro Housing
Ability to solve complex issues to meet the business requirements will be a big part of this role and you will configure Nacro systems according to the system design/approach chosen, carrying out the technical work to build the processes & workflow as required.
Knowledge of supported housing desirable.
Someone who is highly customer focused and has strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach and attention to detail
Able to apply systems thinking to a problem, a background in reviewing and improving business processes will be an advantage
Communications skills: ability to understand and reflect back, and to challenge, the requirements of the project and of the business.
