There is a side dinette, which would fit 2 adults and 2 small children. This can then be turned into a bunkbed for 2 children. The front lounge, is big enough to fit 4 adult comfortably, which can be converted into a large double bed. The kitchen area has a large work surface with 3 gas burner 1 electric burner hob, there is a large cooker and separate grill. The 3 way fridge freezer is quite substantial, with a 240v microwave above the cooker. The caravan has hard flooring but in addition has fitted never been used carpets. The blown air heating and hot water system are fully working. There has be a full habitation certificate and also a full service on the caravan. The windows are fitted with fly screens and full blackouts blinds, including the Heki rooflight ceiling skylights. There is lots of storage with some external storage as well. The caravan is fitted with an alarm system, Alco stabiliser with friction pads, this caravan is a single axle with a fitted motor mover with remote control and alloy wheels + spare. 13 pin towing electric plug, battery charger built in.
