Our established client based in Canary Wharf, London is looking to recruit a full time Multi Lingual (Customer Service) Retail Success Advisor to speak both Swedish and English.
As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you are in the best position to support new Customers in their exciting journey.
You will be the first point of contact for our Consumers, and it will be your responsibility to ensure Consumers get the assistance they need either by live chat, phone, video call, email or SMS.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent telephone mannerExcellent numeracy and literacyExcellent customer service skillsGood analytical, decision making and problem solving abilitiesPrevious retail and customer service experience would be beneficial Salary:
GBP13.62 per hour (GBP28,350 per annum)
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm (40 hours per week)
