2006 Suzuki Gran Vitara. 2.0l petrol – 146k miles. Silver. 5 doors. MOT until May 2024. Alloy Wheels.

New clutch 3 years ago. New front tyre. New water pump. New battery. Has always been extremely reliable and runs well.

The exhaust is blowing a little as it has a crack in the mid section (which can be welded).

Also, it went to the garage just before Christmas as it started to overheat. A new water pump was fitted, but it still was not right, so further investigation led to the conclusion being that a new thermostat is required, and has been temporarily ‘fixed’. I have not tested it on a long drive (fine for short distance), so would advise collection on a trailer to be safe.
