This job is for somebody with previous proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. The candidate must show familiarity with different sushi styles, the ability to handle and prepare raw fish and seafood safely and responsibly. Must be fully flexible including work on Friday and Saturday evenings if necessary and hold a valid UK work permit.
