My name is Lina, Registered Manager to Linarome Ltd a new provider in the locality. I am writing to introduce our supported living, domiciliary and healthcare recruitment service.
We have recently opened a new 5-bedroom all ensuite house/property with additional 2 spare rooms for staff and service users’ activity use.
Our property is located at 168 Church Road, Bexleyheath, DA7 4DU. The house is specifically designed to cater for the needs of service users.
The property is located close to local facilities, shops, pharmacy, shopping, and recreational centre with good Buses and Trains transport links.
Linarome Ltd is an independent provider of 24 hours Domiciliary, supported living accommodation and Step-Down Facilities for adults from age 18 years and above with challenging behavioral needs including mild to moderate Learning Disabilities, physical disability, sensory impairment, and autism.
Linarome Ltd is also a nursing and healthcare agency. We provide temporary and permanent nursing and healthcare Assistant jobs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to private individuals, care homes and hospitals.
Aims and Objectives:
The aim of Linarome Ltd is to provide our service users with the highest quality consistent standards of professional care. We provide care service in a safe and clean environment and tailor our service to achieve positive outcomes. We also provide service users with nourishing food and play a supportive role to members of their families.
At Linarome Ltd, we are passionate about offering high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with their daily living activities. Our team of trained, dedicated, experienced and compassionate professional staff is committed to promoting well-being among our service users.
We create an environment which is warm, caring, understanding, and always fostering good personal relationships between staff and service users and allowing our service users to live in a safe and comfortable environment where their social needs, choices, responsibilities, individuality, independence, privacy, and dignity are respected and upheld.
We also provide our service users with the opportunity to learn and mix within the community as full citizens and get involved in life enrichment programs and collaborative approaches.
We pride ourselves on delivering a holistic approach and person-centered care services. The focus of the care is to provide the service users with the support that is required to function independently based on needs with much emphasis on community integration bearing in mind different service users’ needs.
Linarome Ltd may be a home for some service users and a stepping-stone towards recovery and independence for others.

Linarome Ltd intends to meet the following needs and outcomes:
• One-to-one support and assistance for service-users to become self-dependent.
• Monitoring of overall well-being of the individual.
• Assisting service users with daily living tasks and into employment
• Enabling service users to develop budgeting skills.
• Developing person centered care-plans based on individual needs.
• Assisting service users to integrate into the community.
• Enlisting the help of outside organisation to develop service user’s interests, hobbies and give advice/practical assistance in areas of concern or difficulties.
• Enhanced care provision and support through enablement
• Allocated key worker systems and Regular 1:1 session.
• Assistance with taking prescribed medication and monitoring of concordance.
• Provide support to help service users abstain from Illicit Substance and Alcohol abuse and help with ‘Random’ Drugs/Alcohol Screening
• Encouragement with self-care and assistance with housekeeping, laundry.
• Assistance and encouragement to attend appointments, groups activities.
• Promoting of integration and independent living
• Ongoing liaison with Care Teams and Risk Assessments and Care Planning
• Input from an experienced Manager’s (RMA)
• Input from experienced Support Workers (NVQ’s)
• Registration with local GP and other Services
• Provide support with housing benefit applications and welfare benefits.
