Overview of role: The Support Worker / PA role is to support a 20 year old woman’s well-being, development, and engagement in daily life, enable her to participate in activities, and social outings, provide companionship, promote independence, and support her to fulfil her potential.
Days & Hours: Wednesday, Thursday , Friday. Approx 5 hrs per day. Starting from 9am and finishing by 5pm flexibility is desirable.
The Job role can be split depending on your availability.

A fantastic position for a person interested in social care, individual is looking for a motivated and fun PA / Support Worker.
This could suit someone wanting to get into care and could be an ideal role for a student studying part-time, You will need to be an excellent communicator experience is not essential training and support can be provided.
You will bring to this role, an empathetic, positive attitude and be passionate about providing excellent and professional care. She enjoys travelling, walking in the countryside, visiting new cities and towns, trips to the movies and eating out. She has a love of K-Pop, going to concerts,Marvel movies and Harry Potter. She would love to be supported by someone of a similar age who has similar interests.
G will need mentoring and support to build relationships and life skills.
G likes her own company but craves friendships and more independence.
She will often travel into Liverpool and Manchester City centres by herself. Due to G’s diagnosis’s and how they affect her (fragile x, moderate/complex LD, autism and ADHD she can often become overwhelmed in social situations.

G will need some support at home as well as in the community
She will need support and encouragement to look after her own environment.G loves to cook but needs prompting to do so safely. Due to her ADHD she can become easily distracted and will need prompting to stay on task. This also applies to staying tidy at home, looking after her dog Hiro (Japanese spitz) laundry and developing her self care and life skills.
G has recently joined her local gym and would benefit from someone that could attend with her.
