Description

Personal Care Assistant required to assist a young Man with autism living in East Kilbride.

Duties include taking him to College, Tuesday and Thursday Mornings and Art Class in East Kilbride Universal Connections Friday afternoons.

Also out for drives, walks, cinema, gym and keeping him company in the home.

Driver essential and you will be required to use your own vehicle. Mileage allowance will be paid.

Must take a proactive and innovative approach to support and encourage individual to be involved in activities suited to their needs.

Experience preferred. The most important qualities are a warm and friendly nature and a desire to work in a caring role. Hours of work: 10 minimum. More hours available.

Hourly rate £12.50 per hour

. Days at work:

Tuesday and Thursday 9.20am til 1.20pm.

Friday 1.20pm til 3.20pm.

This is not a term time post.
