LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to join our learning disabilities team across Newcastle and Gateshead. As a Support Worker you will support our customers to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local communities.

Ensuring individual personal support needs are met through person-centred tailored support that promotes inclusion, independence and positive well-being.

We require Support Workers who have a real passion of delivering person centred support, a nurturing and kind individual who has the ability work effectively to help the individual to meet their full potential.

Pay: GBP10.70 p/hr - GBP11.00 p/hr

Paid induction training: classroom-based, includes shadowing and additional online modules. Additional learning disabilities, autism and mental health training: provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of our customers and enabling you to provide tailored, personalised support.
