Your new role
As a support worker within this service your days will be full of activity, fun and enthusiasm for life. Working to support 3 female residents in Norwich who require support to live a full, comfortable, dignified and liberated life.
Shift pattern include earlies and lates , sleep ins and other shift times to support the needs of the residents.
This role will include:
Personal Care
Supporting the residents to live independently
Helping residents to be part of the community and promote social inclusion
Supporting with communication skills - to help residents with understanding the world around them
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities
Full driving licence
