Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 per annum

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our team in Swansea. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and be able to provide high-quality care and support to our service users.

Responsibilities:

- Providing personal care and support to service users

- Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry

- Supporting service users to engage in social activities and hobbies

- Maintaining accurate records of service user care plans and progress

- Communicating effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
