JOB ROLE: Support Worker
LOCATION: The White House, Bridgend (CF31)
SALARY: GBP11.50 to GBP12.30 per hour
SHIFT PATTERNS: 07:00-19:00PM or 09:00-21:00PM
Due to continued growth we are urgently seeking full time Support Workers to join our team in Brackla, Bridgend.

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
About The White House:
The White House in Brackla, Bridgend supports up to 7 adults with Autism and / or Learning Disabilities, as well as support with everyday living skills like shopping, cleaning and cooking our staff support people to have fun and make every day the best it can be for each person.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user) Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking
