Adults Support Worker - Southampton/Eastleigh Your new role

As a Support Worker, you will support people with Autism or learning disabilities where no day is the same. Some of the people you support may have complex needs and communicate through their behaviours, which will require you to be empathic, willing to learn, creative, and patient.

What you'll need to succeed

6 months experience in the UK working with young people/adults with disabilities and complex health needs.Driving licence and access to your own car due to location of the serviceRight to work in the UK: 16+ months left in your Visa if you are on Leave to Remain.What you'll get in return
