Role Overview:
As a full-time support worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals within a supported living setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Day-to-Day Support: Assisting residents with their daily living activities, promoting independence, and maintaining their well-being.Personal Care: Providing compassionate and respectful personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.Community Access: Facilitating trips out into the community, accompanying residents to appointments, and ensuring they can participate in social activities.Safety and Comfort: Monitoring health and safety, administering medication (if required), and creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents.Driving: A valid driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for transporting residents to various destinations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential: Valid UK driving licence.Preferred: Previous experience in a care or support worker role (although not essential).

Compassionate and patient.Excellent communication skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Empathy and understanding of individual needs.
