Precedo Healthcare are recruiting Support Workers for a client in St Helens.

Our clients live in residential supported living in St Helens and need assistance with every day tasks, which may include occasional personnel care.

As our clients have Autisim, or Leraning difficulties there could also be elements of challenging behaviour you will need to be caring, positive and passionate towards their daily needs.

With this role there is Temp to Perm positions available for the right candidate or you can chose to work on a flexible basis!

You must have at least six months experience of working in a support worker role in the past three years, we are in need of are a driver also and have a commitment to providing compassionate, person centred care to vulnerable people.

Your role will include

Support individuals to stay safe and ensure their welfare.Help managing medication responsibility.Help with daily living skills.Support individuals to maintain a clean and safe environment.Support individuals to participate in activities they enjoy and access the local community.
