Salary: GBP10.90 per hour

We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our Elm Court team in Theydon Bois, Essex.

Elm Court is a supported living service providing onsite support to six adults with learning disabilities between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.

If you possess the right attitude and values, we will provide the necessary training.

We follow the ethos of Positive Behaviour Support, engaging individuals in active support and focusing on community participation. The main duties for this post will be to provide emotional support to service users, promote daily independence and wellbeing, as well as offer personal care and support with daily living tasks.

As a requirement of the role, you will be working on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays. No previous experience is required. We will support you with a comprehensive induction and provide ongoing training and development.
