An SIA licence is desirable but not essential, as training for this can be provided.

Your responsibilities will include:
To carry out all duties assigned in a safe manner, observing all statutory regulations and any local regulations that may be in force.Ensure that all Contractors and their tools are accounted for and managed safely and securely at all times whilst within the establishment, including when they leave, in accordance with written instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Assignment Instructions and as per local induction training and processes.Ensure that all paperwork is handed to relevant people.Ensure good housekeeping, that the work area is left in a clean, tidy, safe & secure manner at all times.Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both in writing and orally (including good telephone manner) and ability to use communication devices i.e., Radios/Phone/Tablets etc.Flexible and proactive with a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement to working approach. Ability to self-motivate.Responsible for the external areas of the work zone, to carry out regular inspections to ensure they are kept free from litter and are clean and presentable.Sees those they interact with as customers and seeks to identify and meet needs, taking swift action to resolve issues with integrity. Always alert to the customer's point of view and demonstrates a sense of urgency.Identifies problems within own area of remit and takes responsibility for finding a solution regardless of the causes.Essential SkillsExcellent organiserDemonstrable experience of delivering a high quality of customer service Computer literate, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel, with particular skills in Excel and ProjectExcellent communication skills - both written and oral.Speaks clearly and fluentlyGood natural communicator, able to transcend to multiple cultures and interact effectively at all levels.Keen attention to detail.Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.Ability to work within a Team Environment.Honest and trustworthy with the ability to work with confidential information.5-year checkable education / work history.UK driving licence with access to own supportOfficers will have to undertake the following additional vetting:
