Partnering with the world's biggest brands, aim at transforming the way POP marketing is managed by cutting inefficiencies in global supply chains. Responsibilities: The responsibility alongside the Supply Manager for the management and safe delivery of POP supply programs to customers across the world. To deliver an essential and accurate supply support function to commercial and development colleagues within the business unit to tight deadlines. To implement and contribute to the continuous improvement of our supply processes and bring additional skills, enthusiasm to our supply function. To be a credible supply representative of the company in meetings with colleagues, suppliers and customers. Working in the supply function alongside commercial and development within the business unit, will contribute to the performance of the team while collaborating and communicating effectively with colleagues in other functions and business unit teams across the whole Group.Knowledge and Experience Required: The talent, enthusiasm and intelligence to provide commercial supply–chain solutions for a pipeline of POP production requirements. 3–4 years procurement or supply chain and logistics management experience highly desired. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. Strong commercial mindset, confident and capable of challenging the status. Fluent in Chinese speaking and writing. An obsession for deadlines and for accuracy in supply detail with skills and a hands–on attitude to production quality and cost control. Ability to develop an understanding of key manufacturing processes in metal, plastics and print. Great interpersonal skills, excellence in verbal and written communication and an understanding of business relationships. Education to degree level and fluency in English and Chinese.
