A rapidly growing manufacturing organisation are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team on a permanent basis based in Ford, Hampshire, offering up to GBP65,000. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and managing supply chain across existing and new product range.
Candidates will have previous experience within supply chain.
Role responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager include:
Managing main categories: Electronics, PCBs, Fabrications, Extrusions and MouldingsAnalytics and Spend management – understand, analyse and structure internal spend data for new opportunitiesDefining opportunities for cost reduction within existing and new product rangeManage bills of materials across all products and manage risk and obsolescenceSupport new product launch – RFQ, cost negotiations, alternatives etcManaging supplier relationships and conducting supplier auditsReview and optimise internal inventory levels Person Specification of the Supply Chain Manager:
Proven work experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Supply Chain with a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience managing electro–mechanical componentsAbility to interpret BOMs and mechanical drawingsExcellent communication across all department and high attention to detailStrong financial and business acumen Salary

The position has flexible working with x2 days a week working from home
