Supply Chain Management Graduate - What you can expect: Get to know Parker's business, working in Supply Chain Work at Manufacturing Plants, in Divisions, and support specialist functions Learn how to generate the preparation and communication of the rolling forecast (S&OP) Implement, monitor and expand processes to balance on-time delivery and inventories Ensure the management of goods receipts incl. prioritization in order to avoid capacity constraints Work in warehousing from goods receipt, to put-away, storage, pick & pack to ship in close collaboration with their Lean teams Familiarize and use the procurement best practices, being actively involved in negotiations with suppliers Take responsibility for your own projects
Supply Chain Management Graduate - Your ideal profile should include: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business administration and ideally one year work - or internship experience - in a Supply Chain or Engineering environment First hand experience in project management is a plus Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills Geographical flexibility to move to any Parker location both during and upon completion of the program Fluent in local language, English and an additional language would be beneficial
