Job Description:

Yolk Recruitment are working with a dynamic and growing company in the healthcare industry, committed to providing high-quality products and services to their customers. This role will be operating within their supply chain team, you will oversee the procurement of essential materials, ensuring seamless support for their operational needs. This role involves fostering supplier relationships, monitoring performance, and maintaining an efficient flow of materials to meet customer demands.

Role Overview:

Managing inventory and securing the supply of raw materials, minimizing potential risks.Utilizing MRP systems for data analysis and effective purchase order management.Providing regular reports on shortages, deliveries, and urgent material requirements.Disseminating accurate forecast information to our network of suppliers.Analyzing and reporting on supplier pricing dynamics.Collaborating proactively with various departments including Warehouse, Commercial, Planning, Stock Management, and Production.Strategizing to minimize inventory exposure concerning Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and price fluctuations.Ensuring system accuracy and integrity.Fulfilling administrative duties and generating necessary reports.

Experience:

Proficient problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.Strong proficiency in Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Capability to work autonomously and thrive in high-pressure situations.Effective team player.
