Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Portsmouth Naval Base. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role.
Salary: 29,500 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
Operating in a buyer capacity
Taking full ownership for the entire end to end procurement life cycle, with tasks including:
Supplier management
Requesting quotes
PO orders
Order book management
Invoicing queries
Conducting monthly business reviews with suppliers
Managing return plans
Owning all orders for all the ship repair team
Your skills and experiences:
Strong Excel Skills
Strong organisational skills
Previous experience within procurement, buying, supply chain and or logistics
Understanding the whole procurement/buying lifecycle is advantageous but not essential

The Supply Chain Team:
You will oversee the daily acquisition of supplies and subcontracted services, ensuring that export control, pricing, quality, and delivery criteria are met in a manner that is competitive with needs.
