As a Contract & Supplier Management Manager you should have the following experience:
. Post-Signature procurement experience across; contract management and supplier relationship management
. Excellent stakeholder engagement, and internal influencing skills
. Demonstrable emotional intelligence and high level of interpersonal skills
. Proactive and Creative Problem-Solving Capabilities
. The ability to foster collaborative and innovative supply chain relationships.
Experience working with suppliers and contracts in any of:
o Operational Goods
o Engineering and Construction works
o Corporate Services providers
A degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience e.g., MCIPS, IACCM Practitioner, law degree, business degree
Key competency areas:
Stakeholder Management Experience and Competency
Is able to identify the position and requirements of stakeholders (suppliers & company) & can determine appropriate actions to meet needs, effectively set/manage expectations & communications. (e.g., Power/Interest grid, e.g., attitude to supplier, etc.). Demonstrates emotional maturity and excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Supplier Contract Management
Demonstrates a structured approach to governing & managing supplier contracts post deal, to ensure supplier meets contract obligations such as Business Continuity Plans, Continuous Improvement, Exit Plans, SLAs/KPIs tracking, Performance Improvement
Supplier Relationship Management
Has evidence of improving supplier relationships and their value-add to the organisation. E.g., via development of the market, supplier development, value-engineering, innovation, continuous improvement, process improvement, or supply chain change and improvement.
