As a Retail Team Leader, you'll support the wider Retail management team to ensure our Retail Assistants have the guidance and support to advise on and promote the products we have on offer. Every day, you'll engage the team in briefings, answer questions, train, coach, inspire them to maximise sales and drive the business.

Responsibilities:

Direct supervision of a team of Retail Assistants in one of our shops.Run training sessions, conduct performance reviews, and host daily briefings to keep the team motivated and well-informed.Motivate and support your team to upsell products, meet sales targets, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.Act as a point of escalation for any issues that arise in day-to-day operations.Provide excellent customer service, always maintaining a friendly and professional manner.About you 1 What You'll Bring:

Previous supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team.Experience working in a busy and target-focused retail environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Good numeracy and computer literacy.Resilience and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Part-time Consideration: We are open to considering part-time contracts (3 or 4 full working days per week).
