This is a substantial Pewter thimble.

The pewter thimble is covered in a chunky design of a Harbour seascape, with a lighthouse, sailing boats and rocks. On the top, painted in shades of blue and white, is a Dolphin, leaping from the waves ~ perhaps it is a Harbour Dolphin! The whole thing stands 3½ cms tall at the highest point.

The Thimble was purchased new. It is unused, unmarked and in pristine condition - look at my photos. This is a handsome piece.
