Hi, I am an art psycotherapist and looking for a private, warm, dry, room preferable with a window to work from. As an art therapist I use some art materials, so the room should not be 'precious'. Clients don't make a huge amount of mess, but being able to have a big table plus a sofa and chairs for clients to sit and work on is essential.

Unlikely the room would be used at weekends or late at night. When I am not seeing clients I will use the room for my own work which is screen based plus some drawing and sewing, making small things mostly from fabric and thread.

Would be good if it was near a tube station or easy to walk to. Intersted in rooms in any of these areas: Camden, Islighton, Holloway, Hackney, Elephant & Castle, London Bridge.

We will not be noisy, adult clients tend to be quiet and are mostly the worried well – so no srerious mental health issues.
