Studio Sales Executive Role
An experienced commercial Media studios Sales Executive is required for new media studios business in 2024. This is for an existing leading studios business who are expanding with a new, diverse range of studios in London and the regions. Media facilities sales experience is required.
Reporting:
To work with, and report to, the directors and senior operating team.
Location:
Flexible location, London preferred, but there is the opportunity to be located in the regions.
Primary function:
To generate sales for the business in terms of studio occupancy across the entire studio inventory, in particular new industries within the commercial entertainment sector, including Commercial Corporate, E Commerce, Music, Fashion, Brand, E Gaming, Gaming, Immersive Entertainment, Virtual Production, Film. To continually uncover and create opportunities to drive a consistent trajectory of growth, and to be at the forefront of creating new users with new formats and new opportunities for commercial studios. Networking in order to educate new and existing business contacts and leads about the best-in-class nature of our studios and ancillary facilities. Attending relevant conferences and events where relevant to meet with industry contacts, promote the studios and drive sales. Work effectively with multiple internal departments to sell, execute, and manage strategic campaigns to drive sales and inform the development and design of relevant collateral. Report on industry trends and how we compare and can adapt to drive sales & revenue, monitor our own studio sales performance. Work effectively with various internal departments including the regional sales and marketing teams, executive team, and finance, to gather and share information in an effective and timely manner. Experience & Skills required:
Proven track record of strong sales in a media or TV environment is required. Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting software Excellent presentation and sales negotiation skills The individual must be able to work flexibly and creatively to find sales strategies and commercial terms suitable to the requirements of each individual client. They must be able to prioritise and manage a varied workload. They must be willing to travel as business needs dictate. They must possess an ability to identify product USPs and competitor product knowledge. They will be an excellent and diplomatic client relationship manager with strong communication skills and information sharing skills, including a high level of confidence with literacy and numeracy. Comfortable working in a pressurised, fast-paced, and high-value environment. Specific targets:
A remuneration package based on business and lead generation is available, with transparent and visible achievable targets.

DOE GBP50 - 100kp/annum
