STUDENT RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVEAn exciting opportunity to join one of the leading universities in Europe as a Student Recruitment Executive on a 9-month contract basis!STUDENT RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE: Implementing recruitment measures, monitoring the effectiveness of these plans to key performance indicators, while maintaining assigned KPIs Supporting other teams, such as Admissions and Marketing during peak enrolment times with school visits and fairs, assisting with organisation and logistics Building and maintaining positive relationships on both the UK domestic and wider international scale with key recruitment sources Conducting competitor analysis and researching industry trends to identify new market opportunities and recruitment events, and staying up-to-date on the latest information Working with the Recruitment Manager to Identify efficiencies and build retention plan from undergraduate to postgraduate enrolment Implementing the agreed student conversion plans using a combination of tactics Serving as the primary point of contact for programmes, offering guidance and recommendations to potential students regarding their choice of programmeSTUDENT RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS: Minimum 12 months experience at a higher education institution Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience Ability to communicate well at all levels and build effective relationships High level of accuracy and attention to detailIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
