Being referred to as ‘The Other Coach’ often by my current student clients, I have decided to take the step and offer services of life coaching to more students and young adults. I help to structure students days and guide individuals to open opportunities they did not believe were possible prior.
With topics of life coaching that targets:
Poor school performance
Making the best of free time
Lack of career direction
Stress management
Motivation
Self restriction
Networking
Burnout (Sports or academia)
Work / life balance
Decision making
Fears of procrastination
Self esteem
Confidence
Lack of basic life skills
The main aim for my clients aged between 16-24 (open to ages out of those ranges if required) to have a growth in their own self belief, confidence, more open to having a changed mindset and goals to help drive their inner self to become the best version of success as they can be. Aside from creating a friendly and open environment for my clients to grow, I am able to listen to any personal worries they have, doubts about their abilities for performing their best and to help encourage them along the way in a respectful and comfortable manner.
Since the COVID-19 Pandemic, there had been a rise of mental health issues of upwards 80% in the UK alone stemmed into young adults and teenagers and increased the mindset of isolation, anxiety and even a loss of motivation.
I would like to encourage this new generation of fresh youth to progress in a quick and deliberate manner where they can understand their own future needs, lay foundations of good structure and to be a friend for those who struggle to talk to others. Our lessons can take place virtually or in person (local to Edinburgh).
If this sounds of interest for yourself, for your children or prices you can get in touch with my email.
Kind regards,
Salma
