You will have SWS engineering experience, alongside strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills. Experience of maritime system analytics would be highly beneficial.

We provide our staff with specialist training supplied in-house and through our international defence partnerships.
What you d do:
Lead a well-established team of subject matter experts. Work efficiently with stakeholders to schedule, prioritise, plan and deliver outputs. Assure the quality of all outputs by providing specialist oversight to team members. Provide assurance to stakeholders of the ability of the SWS to successfully operate within design specifications. Provide representation and specialist input for both MASS and stakeholders at international meetings. What we need from you:
Minimum 5 years experience of SWS analysis or engineering (design, operations or maintenance). Experience leading a small team, with strong communication and organisational skills. STEM qualifications (HND/Degree) or a minimum of ten years experience of the operation or maintenance of maritime weapons systems. Experience of working with data, in an established team environment, to understand how it can help an organisation make better decisions. High standards of written, verbal and presentational communication skills. Willingness to travel within UK and to US. Our non-negotiables:
