Job Title: Workforce Management Lead
Salary: GBP55-60,000

JGA are partnered with a well known public sector company who are seeking a seeking an experienced Workforce Management Lead for a 12m FTC.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead the formulation of the workforce planning strategy. Emphasising the creation of talent pools and pipelines, and exploring innovative channels for recruitment. Execute the talent attraction plan. Manage the day-to-day operations of the outsourced temporary recruitment contract (Matrix), ensuring recruiting managers have optimal access to suitable candidates. Act on customer feedback and management information, utilising expert knowledge of the agency market to enhance improvement strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Skills required:
Must have a Local Government Sector/Education background. CIPD qualification or equivalent. Experience of providing strategic business led advice. Previous experience of leading and deliver on HR projects. Possessing a strong numerical aptitude, with the capability to comprehend, manipulate, aggregate, analyse, and interpret HR data.
