Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Strategic HR Manager with public sector experience in Solihull. The duties of a Strategic HR Manager:
Leading the development and implementation of the workforce strategyLeading the HR team across the full employee lifecycleDriving both strategic and operationally focused initiativesDelivering strategic HR support pertaining to change management; service restructuring; employee relations; pay and reward and learning and developmentTo pursue new and innovative approaches to people sourcing to address skill shortagesTo lead on the development, implementation and evaluation of relevant business plans, transformation plans, corporate strategies, and policiesDrive and deliver the workforce strategy, ensuring that adequate benchmarking is undertakenManage all HR transactional activities and be accountable for delivering an efficient and effective business and client focussed serviceTo provide clear and timely operational and strategic advice, guidanceManage the Human Resources, Learning and Development and Payroll teams effectivelyDevelop and implement effective systems and ensure that such systems are fully utilised by the HR, L&D and Payroll teams and managers Ideal skills required for a Strategic HR Manager:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Able to communicate to stakeholders of all levelsImpeccable eye for detailPrioritising your workloadAble to meet strict deadlinesWorking in high pressured environments Ideal qualifications and experience required for a Strategic HR Manager:
