They provide full back up repair and maintenance coverage for the products, equipment, and services they supply and install in a variety of industries such as Agricultural, Oil & Gas, Marine, Biogas, Brewing & Distilling, Water & Power Leisure, and Food Processing.
They are currently seeking a Stores Person for one of their sites in Aberdeen (AB12)
In this hands-on role you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations, gaining work experience and being offered a personal development plan tailored to suit you and the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving customers and dealing with enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls and email
Ensure a high standard of service is provided to customers.
Providing customers with timely, accurate quotations
Sales order Processing includes Order picking, processing, and Logistics fulfilment.
Receiving all deliveries and checking the goods received and follow up on any discrepancies.
Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders and expedite late orders.
Provide advice and guidance to customers in the correct selection of products and/or services.
Assist in obtaining regular customer feedback.
Manage customers complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maximise the product/service offering to existing customers including upselling.
Updating customer records in the company's database as required
Maintain a safe site, reporting any accidents or potential risks to management.
Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing,
Salary is circa GBP17 - 20,000 depending on experience plus 25 Days Holiday + 9 Statutory Days Holidays and Company pension scheme and all the training and development you can handle
