OBJECTIVE:
To contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the business by ensuring that goods received conform to ISO9001:2008 quality procedures and the company standards and that customer orders are picked, packed and go out right first time, on time, every time.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and despatch goods
Deliver / Collect goods when required
MAIN DUTIES

Deliver / collect goods when required.Pick and clean products prior to packing and complete despatch paperwork as required.Load and unload materials using the Forklift if required (and you have the appropriate licence).Check goods received against the purchase order and quality control procedures, complete paperwork and place the goods in the appropriate location in the stores.Create stores locations for new parts on Sage.Advise the Stores Manager regarding purchase requirements for materials when stocks get near to minimum stock levels.Input stock transactions to Sage and update Kardex and use barcoding when implemented.Light assembly duties when required.
