Store Manager, Bermondsey

The Role

This is a high-profile Hub Store. A proven track record retail/trade, strong leadership skills/experience together with people development and performance management would be beneficial. This will also include a person who is customer service focused and putting the customer first mentality.

Their decorator centre in Bermondey is looking for a new Store Manager. With a helping hand from the Assistant Manager, you'll be in charge of day-to-day store operations, monitoring targets, profits and losses, as well as looking after the development, engagement and motivation of store colleagues. You'll also take on an account manager role, forming close partnerships with key customers and ensuring they receive expert advice, exceptional service and a perfect cuppa every time they shop with us.
