As the leader of the store team, you will report directly to the Area Manager and drive exceptional performance and retail sales. Foster an environment that delivers an outstanding experience for customers and the local community. Collaborate closely with your team to cultivate store growth by maximizing sales and providing excellent customer service. Experience and background:

Possess a strong background in retail, with experience in either store management or senior management roles. Ideally, have worked within the fashion or accessory industry. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage KPIs and budgets to enhance store performance. Proven track record of successfully driving sales and achieving outstanding performance results.
