Are you an experienced and highly motivated individual with a strong background in self-storage management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Self Storage Facility Manager at our Swanley location.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and facilitating a positive customer experience.
Leasing and Sales: Manage the leasing process, conduct property tours, and drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
Security and Maintenance: Ensure the security and maintenance of the facility, including regular checks, inspections, and coordination of necessary repairs.
Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of facility staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage the financial performance of the facility, including budget adherence and revenue optimization.
This position is based at our Swanley facility.
