The Little Van Company Limited, an established SME specialising in bar hire for outdoor events, is seeking the following -

**Essential - secure space to store a trailer 2.1M x 6M. Required ASAP and mid January at the latest.

The business has recently acquired a new converted trailer bar and needs a place to store it on a long term basis. It would need to be accessible to be towed away and then returned for events.

**Optional - 40ft storage container

Currently, the business rents a 40ft shipping container with another provider to store items related to the business. As above, it needs to be accessible at all times.

**Optional - Small office space/portacabin

We require a small office, generally for one or two people working daytime office hours. If possible, access to internet and power would be useful.
