I am looking to go away for about 2 months this January 2024 and my flat in Stoke Newington N16 is therefore going to be available for rent.

It is a lovely studio 1 bed, located just by Clissold Park and has lots of natural light. Includes kitchen facilities, a piano, couch, desk, balcony with chairs, washing machine and dryer rack, lamps, bathroom with shower, small bath basin, plus working internet. Great bus access into central London and walking distance to Stoke Newington village, Highbury, Dalston and Islington. Nice cafés and amenities.

We would agree the minimum rental period and quite possibly extend upon negotiation for a few extra weeks.

It is £1700 or £425 pw, which includes bills. Ideally looking for someone to take 4 to 8 weeks. Amount would have to paid upfront or monthly installments upon negotiation.

Ideal person would be someone who is neat, trustworthy and that I could meet in person and hand the key to before departing.
