All of the inventory will be included in the sale and was new in 2023 and only used a few times.

Sitting outside on the picnic bench you can hear the sound of Constantine beach directly behind you and the views are lovely across to Trevone and beyond. You can park alongside the caravan and you are able to add decking/patio area if you choose to.

The caravan is currently listed on a local website Seven Bays Holidays and is ready to accept bookings, we would just need to transfer the account to the new owner, as a guide we were renting out for £1000 in july/august and May half term was £850.

The park also offers a rental management service, so if you wanted to rent it out via them they can manage this for you onsite. They charge 25% per booking and handle everything including change overs, cleaning, bed linen hire etc...

COSTS/DETAILS:

The lease is for another 7-8 years (this will then be reviewed yearly by the park) and the site fees are estimated to be around £5,300 from 2024.

All gas testing valid until April 2025

All new owners are required to pay a £1,200 utility retainer when purchasing a caravan on the park.

All sales go through the park and payment is by BACS only made to the owner.
