Rare collectors Jack plane in excellent condition. This is a pre 1960 model when they still used beautiful rosewood for its Knob & Tote. The body is made from cast iron with a carbon steel blade that has been hardened and tempered to help maintain a sharp cutting edge. The blade can be finely adjusted up and down via the rear brass wheel and left to right with the lever behind the blade plate. The blade is 2” wide while the plane is 14” long by 2.5” wide. There was no need to restore this magnificent tool as it was given to me some 50 years ago and has only been used a few times. No deliveries or holding. If it’s advertised it’s still available!!!
