SYK Recruitment are working with an established private client in the Uckfield area who are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join their medium sized nursing home.
As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of our resident care team, providing high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.Monitoring and recording vital signs, ensuring the overall well-being of residents.Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care.Providing emotional support and maintaining a comforting environment for residents and their families. Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring timely response to any changes in health status.Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic and coordinated care.Offer emotional support to residents and their families.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Essential Requirements:
