Job Description:

As a Sports Coach/PE Assistant, you will be an integral part of the PE department, working with students across the school. The position involves a significant focus on swimming and hydrotherapy, contributing to the overall physical well-being of our students. You will work closely with the PE department to deliver engaging and inclusive sports programs that cater to the diverse needs of the student body.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct sports activities, with a particular emphasis on swimming and hydrotherapy.Collaborate with the PE department to adapt activities to meet the unique needs of students with complex needs.Support the physical development of students through inclusive sports and exercise programs.Assist in organising and overseeing swimming sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.Foster a love for physical activity and well-being among students. Requirements:

Passion for working with students with special educational needs, and a desire to pursue a rewarding career in SEN.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.Enthusiasm for fostering creativity and innovation in the learning environment.
