Role Overview:

As a Sports Coach and Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of education and supporting students in their learning journey. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and inclusive sports sessions, fostering a love for physical activity while also providing cover supervision when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high–quality sports coaching sessions across various schools.Inspire and motivate students to participate in physical activities and adopt a healthy lifestyle.Provide cover supervision for classes in the absence of regular teaching staff.Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.Ensure the safety and well–being of students during sports activities and cover sessions.Collaborate with teaching staff to support the overall development of students. Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Level 2 sports coaching qualification.Experience working as a sports coach in an educational setting.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to adapt to different school environments.A positive and proactive approach to problem–solving. Benefits:
