This is an exciting new role due to growth, within a highly regarded distributor of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles. They are now looking for an A&D / Specification Sales Consultant to join their friendly and dynamic team.
The company is 15 years old with an impressive portfolio of mid to high-end residential and commercial projects, with 2 studio spaces where they showcase their stunning product range.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be responsible for reaching out to leading architectural and design practices, as well as contractors, while working with their small team to implement pricing strategies and to ensure sales are led to completion.
As the company continues to grow, there is a great opportunity to develop junior salespeople and manage a team.
Responsibilities for the A&D / Specification Sales Consultant will include:
• Reaching out to A&D practices to promote company products.
• Developing new business and nurturing existing relationships with clients, building on existing projects.
• Presenting products and CPD s to successfully gain new business.
• Working towards meeting sales targets through implementing personal and strategic sales techniques.
This excellent new role will suit a self-motivated individual with +2 year's sales experience within tiles, interiors, furniture or architecture.
As A&D / Specification Sales Consultant you will need to demonstrate a track record of working towards sales targets, as well as display a strong network of contacts and an understanding of the A&D sector.
Excellent communication skills are required, along with good written skills and IT literacy.
The salary advertised is a base of up to GBP45K plus OTE bonus of cGBP15K.
There will also be a pension scheme, business expenses and 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
This is a hybrid role, where you will spend time visiting clients, as well as 2 days per week in the London studio.
