THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Process Engineering professional seeking an opportunity to focus at the developer level on technology innovation in the Produced Water Industry.

You will support new product development from concept to testing of technology, working jointly between test facilities and engineering offices. You will be primarily based out of either Aberdeen, Camberley or Orkney, with some travel required to support other sites (20-30%)

You will be data driven with practical experience in experimental testing systems and ideally come from an Operations, Pilot Facilities, Process Design background.

DUTIES

Develop test campaigns for Process/Produced Water technologies.Complete scale up and concept-based calculations.Design and construct experiments and test loops for application.Design, monitor, and run testing of technologies.Capture data and create reports for testing programs.Participate in HAS/JHA/HAZOP/MOC reviews.Support other development facilities.Find safe, cost effective, efficient, and direct ways to test technology.Compile data from operations to visualize details to support testing campaigns.

BACKGROUND

Chemical/Process Engineering Degree.Preferably experience in separation and produced water treatment systems.Preferably wider Water Treatment Industry exposure.Hands on experience with analytical tools: Oil-in-water measurementSuspended solids in WaterFTIRGCMSGCFIDAble to travel within the UK.Valid Right to Work in the UK (No Sponsorship).5 years experience minimum.
