Hi, We're an older couple looking to move house next year. We've done a lot of work to our existing cottage, but need a new challenge.

We're considering a few different options such as fostering or an Airbnb, so would like something with an annexe, garage or basement with rental potential.

A 3 bed, older house preferred but not essential, just a bit of space for foster children. The house should have a view, ideally, and not be on a main road, with a good size garden.

Areas preferred are Swansea Valley, Mumbles or Pennard.

Something with potential or just something a bit special. We're open to a project of the figures work. Maximum budget £350k for the perfect house needing no work.
