Sous Chef required for this fast paced, University kitchen. Working in the main kitchen, you will be working as part of a team, cooking everything from scratch, producing a daily changing, 3 choice menu, alongside a range of lighter meals

As Sous Chef you will be working as part of a friendly team, liaising with the Head Chef and Deputy Head Chef, supervising Chef de Parties ensuring that daily prep is completed on time and to the correct standards

The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef with experience of cooking with fresh ingredients, ideally with previous experience of working in Hotels, Restaurants, Colleges, Universities, or higher end Contract Caterers.

Applicants will need to live in the Cambridge, Duxford or Newmarket area

Located 10-15 minutes from the train station

Working straight shifts with a mixture of early or midday starts and every other weekend off

Salary of approx £35,500 + £1,000 Bonus
