We are currently seeking a Solicitor to join our nationally recognised Catastrophic Injury group; one of the largest in the UK.

Within this area we act for household name composite insurer clients and provide high quality advice on a wide range of multi-track matters that are of significant value. You will join a dynamic and fast paced Occupational Health & Casualty team and gain access to top level industry training.

In this role you will:

Assist senior team members with their Fast and Multi Track Injury caseload.With appropriate supervision, help progress the fee earners EL/PL (disease) caseload towards a satisfactory/speedy conclusion.Prepare instructions to counsel.Prepare court bundles.Assess liability & quantum.Review expert witness statements.Update the case management system.Provide the highest level of client care at all times. What we are looking for:

we are keen to speak with applicants who can demonstrate a genuine interest in Catastrophic Personal Injury work who possess the following;

Relevant legal qualifications i.e. LLB and possibly the LPCLegal Assistant/Paralegal or similar experience & therefore knowledge of progressing legal matters.An aptitude for learning and personal developmentThe ability to work well as part of a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWe would welcome applications from those with Personal Injury experience and specifically in the areas of Employers Liability and or Public Liability (EL/PL).
