Solicitor / Legal Executive (Private Client)
Location: Warminster, Wiltshire
Salary: GBP35k - GBP45k DOE + Excellent Benefits

The Role:
They now require a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to undertake services to clients in relation to private client matters.
Experience:
Ideally you will have at least 3 years PQE experience
Responsibilities:
Receiving and advising clients based on their instructions.Engaging in client interactions through various means such as in-person meetings, telephone calls, and written correspondence.Drafting documents and managing routine correspondence and phone communications.Representing clients' interests in dealings with third parties.Adhering to office procedures outlined in the manual.Preparing financial accounts and periodically reporting to clients.Completing necessary administrative paperwork as required.Ensuring regular billing and compliance with Lexcel standards.Promoting the firm's interests externally with external parties.Supporting colleagues and assisting with their workload in their absence.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar rolePossess knowledge of relevant law.Effective communication with diverse clients, offering clear and helpful advice.Proficient drafting and negotiation abilities.Occasional need for advocacy skills, albeit infrequently.
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
